If any items arrive damaged or missing, let us know ASAP so we can help.
Personalized, Final Sale & Closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns made within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. With a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Roseandrebel.com is not responsible for return shipping charges. Made-to-order items, custom items and items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order!
By placing an order, you are agreeing to our shop's policies, processing times, and FAQ section. Since we are unable to cancel orders, after they have been placed, please familiarize yourself with our shop policies and FAQs before ordering. Feel free to contact us if you have questions. Processing time (time it takes us to make the item, based on our current schedule) and shipping time (time it takes for your item to arrive, after it leaves our studio), are not the same.
